There are large, medium and small mixers in various fields of application, but in general, they are of same installation and commissioning. Enough inspection and preparation are needed to do, so as to ensure that the mixer is running in normal operation, then what specific preparation to do?

(1) Check the the lubrication (oil) of the gearbox and the lubricating parts is good enough or not.

(2) Check the power supply voltage. The rated voltage is 380 V (certainly the voltage is customized as per your demand), and the actual voltage should not be less than 15%, or more than 5%, otherwise it will affect the normal operation of the machine. The high voltage line can not be low φ35 square.

(3) Check the motor and electrical components of the wiring solid or not, and connect the ground wire to ensure safety, then turn on the power.

(4) Connect the water, and check the pump, throttle, water pipe.

(5) Check the connection bolts solid or not, especially moving parts connection,which should be tightened if loose.

(6) Check whether the wire rope neatly arranged in the reel, if loose should re-wrapped.

(7) Check whether there are  foreign matter accumulation in the mixer drum, the hopper and track rack.

(8) check the flexibility of hopper enhancement, and ensure braking, travel switch action sensitive, accurate and safe.
